The Rules of Professional Responsibility provide that, “[a]dvice couched in narrow legal terms may be of little value to a client, especially where practical considerations, such as cost or effects on other people, are predominant. Purely technical legal advice, therefore, can sometimes be inadequate.” For our clients, purely legal advice is almost always inadequate. We therefore invest in the knowledge, relationships, mutual trust, and shared wisdom, which bring value to the client relationship.

Our attorneys have successfully handled many of the challenging and important cases decided by the South Carolina courts and the federal courts for South Carolina. We maintain an active practice handling insurance defense cases for our clients.
